2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The data is processed in a data centre in Nuremberg (Germany) and therefore within the European Union. The hosting provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing this website securely, reliably and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files): the page or file requested, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address.
This data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to identify individuals. The server's technical logs are overwritten on a regular basis and are generally no longer available after 30 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and security of the website.
4. Cookies
This website does not use any marketing, advertising or statistics cookies. Only a technically necessary session cookie of the content management system is set. 5. Contact by phone or email
If you contact me by phone or email, your details will be processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. No web analytics, no tracking
This website does not measure reach or analyse your usage behaviour. Neither Google Analytics nor any comparable analytics, advertising or tracking service is used. No usage profiles are created, and there is no cross-site tracking and no automated decision-making.
7. No social media plugins
No social media plugins are embedded on this website. References to external websites are simple links: a connection to the respective provider is only established when you click on such a link. The respective provider is responsible for the processing on the linked website.
8. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are delivered locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts. Likewise, no map services, video platforms or other third-party content are embedded.
